We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from and to the airport. When you arrive in Aruba, one of our representatives will be waiting for you outside the airport to pick you up and drive you to our office. When it's time to return the car, simply bring it back to our office, and we'll provide you with a ride back to the airport.
Keep in mind that returning your rental car can take some time, so make sure you calculate what time you have to return it to be on time for your flight.
For after-closing hours pick-up or drop-off, please inform us about it as early as possible by sending us an email or WhatsApp. We will be glad to accommodate you the best we can.

If paying with a credit card, an authorization will be made on your card with the amount necessary. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of the vehicle or other charges. The bank of the cardholder normally releases the amount after two weeks, but it may differ from bank and country. Please check with your bank about their policies.
If paying with cash, the deposit amount will be returned in cash after the vehicle has been inspected, as long as no damage has been caused to the rental car.
Please keep in mind that we do not take debit cards as a form of payment for the deposit.

We kindly request that any car reservation cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date. This allows us to accommodate other potential renters and ensures a smooth operation.
Our refund policy may vary depending on the specific circumstances surrounding your reservation, however we are very flexible and understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.

The car must be returned with the same amount of gasoline as when you received the car. If you return the car with less gasoline than when you received the car, our fuel rate will apply, which can sometimes be higher than the gasoline price station. Therefore, we highly encourage our clients to tank before they return the car.

The car is expected to be returned in fair condition. We understand our beaches are breathtaking, however, it can be harder for our workers to clean a car filled with sand. The cleaning fee depends on how dirty the rental car is returned.
Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles. Please be very careful if you smoke frequently as the odor may linger in the vehicle's upholstery and may be difficult to remove. A 100 USD cleaning fee will apply.
